Q: Is this program open to the public or only for non-current students?
A: It is open to everyone.
Q: Can I buy this course as a gift for a friend or family member?
A: The current Home Study Program does not allow for gifts. People can buy the program for
another person, but the account created in the beginning of the process must be the person who will take the
Home Study Program.
Q: I am a current student at the moment. Am I still eligible to participate in this program?
A: Yes. Once you complete the Home Study Program you are eligible to attend any Advanced Retreat or
Follow Up in 2010.
Q: Once I complete the Home Study Program, do I have to do a Retreat in Yelm?
A: Once you complete the Home Study Program, you are eligible to attend any Advanced Retreat (except Blue College)
or any Follow Up (except Blue College) at the Yelm school campus or at any world tour location. In order to remain
eligible for the 2011 school year, you must attend a Follow Up in 2010.
Q: Are there age requirements for the RSE Home Study Program?
A: The course is for any age between 6 and older.
Q: When I push "register" the computer gives me "that email has already been used" as an answer and sends me back
to the form. What can I do?
A: Please sign in as a returning user. You are trying to create a new account.
You already have done that stage.
Q: Can I use gift VISA or AMEX gifts cards to register for the course?
A: We don't have the ability to accept multiple cards to make the payment.
Q: My email has been authorized, but when I go to the home study store, I get an error page.
What shall I do?
Q: After I click the box for "Conditions of Participation" I am redirected back to the login.
I tried logging in again and same thing happens. I am not sent to the shipping/billing area of the cart.
What should I do?
A: Please make sure you are using the most recent version of your internet browser.
You may need to download and install an update.
Q: I tried to purchase this product but you demand a state or province and as I live in the
UK I could not ive one. Could you please rectify this problem?
A: While state or province is a required field, we can process your order without it. Enter what ever
you would like there and please put a note in the comment box.
Q: Does a module have to be completed in one sitting? Or, does one sign off from a Module,
somehow, once completed?
A: You may watch the videos in each module at your own pace and multiple times if you want. Once you sign off,
the next module appears, and you CANNOT go back to the previous module. When you finish Module one, you will see
RETURN TO HOME STUDY PROGRAM MODULES - Click on this. Now you can re-watch any or all of Module 1 or click - go
to Module 2. Once you go to Module 2 - You CANNOT get back to Module 1. This goes on until you click
COMPLETE THE PROGRAM at the end of Module 6.
Q: I tried to forward the page that showed I had the course in the cart , and then the next page that showed
my shopping cart was empty....I am on dial up in the country mountains and it would not let me send the files. Could the dial up be affecting the order?
